Why do they always hit the hazards? You're not moving anyone out of your way. You're not getting any less charges. You're not getting away, cause guess what. They've been close enough to get your plate number, and run it over the radio. So obviously too little too late to get away. Then, in traffic conditions that do not help in getting away, and clearly not getting away even by trying to run. The second he was on your rare end close enough to see your plate. Probably wise to just go ahead and pull over.
