Amber saying that if she spends 5 years in prison she'll be 20 by the time she gets out only to get a life sentence is maybe the best thing that happened in this case.

@@GradKat no.. it is disgusting. a normal reaction would be more in line with thoughts such as "what have i done" "please come back" "i didn't mean it" "i want him to come back" "im so sorry" etc. not "this is our life now" or "people are gonna hate us for this". those thoughts are more likely to occur a while after the crime, whilst the individual has had time to think, and isolate themselves more so from the incident. anyone to say stuff like this, this soon, is disgusting. they may still be kids, but they are mentally old enough to recognise what they've done, and what a selfish reaction to it looks like. normal people would feel awful if they thought/said such things. because yes i believe kids can say that stuff because you've got a lot of emotion you're dealing with if you've committed this, but as soon as you've said it, it would be instant regret and disgust with yourself if you had any remorse.

Sociopaths often blame everyone else but them for what they do, usually their victims as a way of justify their actions and evade responsabilities over them. Tho, I guess it could be also a defense mechanism in order to not assume their ruined their lives, which is everything they seem to care about. No. They never even thought about it. Most likely, especially the girls, never expected anybody getting seriously hurt. If the one drugged up guy didn't pull a gun and started shooting it would all go down as another teenager fight among boys. Sure, they talked shit about it before, but they are kids. They talk shit all the time and nothing comes out of it. It was all a joke to them: we get him inside, kick his ass, have a laugh. Then Mike pulls a gun and shoots him on the spot at which point everybody is horrified, and shell shocked into just following the ringleader. They were stupid, not evil. Mike is evil, possibly a psychopath (if he snorted pills it was most likely Adderall or other amphetamine, those won't make you a murderer but might lower the threshold for action you wanted to take anyway).

It could be that he thought that not meeting seath would have meant that they werent counted in the murders, as he said at one point seath was sleeping with his ex as well which made him dislike him even more, mike whom is the one who mainly did everything to make everyone band the hate together might have at some point convinced kyle that he was the only one kyle could trust, even in a moment like this being told every day that seath was the issue the first thing that would come to mind then is seath, though mike started it more than likely in the back of kyles mind it could still be trying to say, Mikes good, hes not that bad, he helped me back then. trying to justify it unwillingly since kyle had been malnipulated for so long, i mean hes just 15, hes still under impression and change, he didnt have his dad or mom, he was left at that house from his step-dad. mike could have been at the time the one he leaned on the most which is why he didnt think of mike first.

Shit I live in Baltimore and the shit I could tell u. I had 5 13 year Olds raped and kill my neighbors granddaughter and burned the house down. I had a friend at 17 break into an old couples house and strangled em both for the fuck of it. I was shot at for being white and sitting on a bench. They drove past, stopped and said, "hey white boy, get the fuck off our bench. Blacks only bitch", and put the gun out the window and shot 4 times and luckily they missed. Had a bullet wiz past my head. I heard that shit whistle past. They stopped at the end of the road and I ran away fast as fuck. My friend ally was shot dead on that same street 2 weeks later. She was put on her knees and shot through the eye at 18. I saw a 15 year old across the street from me get shot out of the blue for his bike. I thought he knew the guy because he was riding and stopped abruptly and was talking with him. I wasn't paying to much attention until last second I looked up and saw the gun rise and shoot. Again I ran because fuck being a witness. I took my daughter to McDonald's and there was a dead young man in the road apparently shot moments before I got there because there were no cops or nothing there yet and my daughter saw that shit at 4. Sad shit is it wasn't the last time she would see a dead body. What I'm trying to say is that all these kids are trying to be gangster for some reason and movies, music and everything encourages it. And Baltimore been run by democrats for 60 years. From what I can see they don't like their voters. They rob us blind and make em live in he'll. But their all to fucking stupid to see it. Don't have to vote red but how about independent. Say but seeing these white kids from good neighborhoods try so hard to be the scum I grew up with is beyond infuriating...

*unprofessional. Unless you were being sarcastic (I find it hard to tell these days. Lol) you are wrong. There are policies and procedures to be followed when speaking to suspects, and these detectives broke a lot of them. These kids were guilty, yeah, but intimidation, lying to the suspects, coercion, and belittlement are not professional, or even legal in many places. They would've got their admissions without all that, and they can't say what the kids are going to be tried with until court proceedings. These malpractices often result in false confessions (again, not in this case, these kids are guilty af), that's why laws exist against using them. This was sloppy police work at best, and all just to get the confession quicker. As for personal feelings, when you're police or a detective, you leave your own personal feelings at the door! That's what being professional is. You stay neutral and calm throughout interrogations, if you can't control your own emotions then you're in the wrong job.

Yep, that's the teen brain. Of course a lot of teens do have foresight and are compassionate, but teens are generally more impulsive and self involved than adults because the front lobe hasn't developed fully and they are in development, so they are more impulsive, and when you put drugs in the mix... It also has a lot to do with character and upbringing and not just biology. But to see this play out the way it does isn't so strange.

One of them wanted to fight me but didn't know if he could take me alone so he enlisted two friends to help. My ex-girlfriend and the girl who owned the house agreed to lure me over there in exchange for some weed. Thankfully, something just didn't feel right so I circled around the block and recognized their cars parked on the street behind the house. Obviously, I left. The fact that Charlie and Amber were crying and saying they were “scared” and “weren’t apart of it” makes me really hate them. They couldn’t just own up like a decent human and tried to play the victim when they are responsible for a 15 yr olds murder. Kyle is respectable because he was decent enough to own up for what he did because he knew it was wrong. Charlie shouldn’t have been let out. Edit: I've seen some replies and I just wanted to note I'm not saying Kyle is a nice or sweet guy. I'm just saying over how the other 3 acted at least he was honest. I am not saying he is just suddenly innocent just because he confessed to the horrible murder he committed to.
