They were already called on. Plus i never said loitering was the sole reason they were detained. No one was charged with loitering exclusively in this video. Apparently the young lady, (the sole minor arrested) threatened to "Kill them All" the last time the police interacted with her. The cops went easy on these kids. They're lucky more didn't get charged with obstruction. Running up to a cop and yelling at them while detaining others is not a good idea regardless.
