Why do people hate beeps so much?
@gamekidg74 жыл бұрын
@@bradeng7158 I understand it being censored it for TV, but I think that people are annoyed because this is on the internet. Also, while one or two beeps are fine, the majority of this video does involve them swearing in order to put emphasis on the dialogue between the characters. Replacing the swears with several beeps. If you watch the original one, it feels a lot different.
@bradeng71584 жыл бұрын
@@gamekidg7 that makes sense. It does change the effect of it in this instance. Also it's not censorship if its self imposed. The distinction is important because censorship is a mind control technique whereas this is people choosing to bleep out the swears in their video. We must be vigilant of censorship. This is not censorship. It is a poor creative decision though.

Everything Jordan Peele does works great on the surface and at the same time it has so much depth. You can analyze it at so many levels, no matter if it's a 3 minute comic skit or a horror feature film. Lots of layers and great social commentary, so nuanced. Plus, he knows EVERYTHING about film language. One of my favourite creators.
