Dust is usually of little concern with open air cases since there is little to no stagnant air inside the case, (which is usually what's the main contributor to case dust) since there isn't anything to encase it in. The main worry is this isn't a case you'd wanna have if you have pets, otherwise it's cleaner than most normal desktops.

@iPokeStuffwastaken No prob! I know someone who has an open air system and since he doesn't have pests he just uses a small brush every few months to clean the dust and it's not a lot of dust at all. He vacuums his room weekly and has a small air purifier he uses at times so there's decent circulation constantly.
