Detroit need to clean house entirely. Looking to bring in a President of operations will do no good with the current regime. it's the same as having an old rusted battery that isn't working and trying to put new parts on it. They should have parted ways with both Monty and Troy. I'll get with my reason with Monty in a minute. Troy has had 4 season and absolutely no progress has been made under his direction. I'm looking at "progress" not necessarily playoffs. Now, onto Monty. He doesn't want to be here, and there is nothing worse than a coach who's motivation to come here is money. He isn't a bad coach. He just isn't a fit for the pistons. You need to first start off with personnel who truly embodies what pistons represent.
