If you haven't already, bind your scroll wheel to jump through the console. Makes bhopping so much easier :)

How do you shoot the precision bolt so fast, whenever I try to do it my game won't let me shoot for a second

you have to switch weapons (or punch swap) to fire the precision bolt so quickly, otherwise you have to wait for it's cooldown

@@GOBLIN_SLAYER96 punch swapping is trickier than it seems. You need to first shoot pb, then punch and then during the punch press your bind for pb, and repeat. You also need to find the correct rhythm with it, hope this helped :)
