Something I’ve noticed myself that really helps on this journey is not watching anime :) on your pfp I can see you probably watch it. It’s hard to give these things up but we can find things that give us pleasure but are calmer and less stimulating. Other things that help are not listening to music, using zero internet, only using KZbin to watch Yash and when you need help fixing something. This is how people used to live hundreds of years ago, very little stimulation and enjoyed the small things in life. All of these things I just stated are hard to do but it’s all up to how much you really want it. Good luck :)

Does releasing when you're asleep count as a relapse? Some ppl say yes, some say no, and others say you lose a little of your energy/life force. Some ppl even say it depends on whether you had a wet dream when it happened. Been on retention for a while now and its been an up and down journey. I've stumbled many times. Watched inappropriate material, had inappropriate thoughts and edged. That was months ago. I no longer play around down there but i still stumble.
