also sounds, sounds are also pretty good and most importantly transmission physics are good too, ofc not realistic because they were not fully implemented yet but they do act like irl on normal cars, on some overpowered ones the way the clutch is slipping is fucking stupid, also there are basically no clutch physics when you have DCT or automatic transmission, because there is an app in beamng that shows you clutch temperature and stuff and it disappears when you use a DCT or auto trans. and that basically means no clutch physics, so even if the engine has 2000 hp (changed values or moded) the clutch will not slip, if you would use sequential or manual then there are clutch physics and the clutch slips and the car is undrivable, you hold the clutch while standing on place, go into first gear and it starts to heat up quickly, no way to change this, i tried hacking the game with trainers and changed values in the game and stuff but i couldn't just stop the clutch from being weak as hell on some upgraded ccars with manual or sequential, pretty sad developers still didn't fixed this and that they didn't implement the transmissions fully, then it would be truly realistic, but the game is mostly aimed on driving mechanics and sofftbody physics, somehwere i think it literally says BeamNG.Driive - softbody physics simulation or something liek that, i think it's the livery on the big trailer for the truck, also sorry for typos, i was writing too fast
