It’s slowly getting to that point. All MLS teams will have teams in a new development league called MLS Next Pro

Yup and considering that America and I believe Canada are the only ones who do a draft for soccer, it doesn't surprise me that they are slowly moving on from the draft concept to instead follow through with the academy system like all other countries. Eventually I think the draft will fold completely.

In minute 5.14 you say the MLS draft is outdated Daryl dike shows it’s not . In minute 8.37 you talk about the real problem In the MLS draft. Looking at the mls draft in 2023 most of the talent went undrafted
