I like fantastic cause he has good survivability and a bit of an anti dive hero since his wide sweeps can help attack agile characters like panther and fist, while his belly bump came pull him to their faces or to his allies to make them back off with his tanky ability. His buff form also supports this if you manage to lasso and belly bump an enemy in quick succession you buff really fast letting you his really hard while tanking them.

Mr. Fantastic is definitely not bad. Its another situation where not everyone will know how to play him and since he’s not for everyone some people will play him a bit and not feel it click so they feel he’s bad. He can easily 1v1 anyone who underestimates him. If you juggle cooldowns you can almost guarantee you stay alive. Landing the pulls can pull people off high ground or even better the cc from pulling people together really displaces enemies. His reflect ability literally lets you tank pretty much anything even ults. Speaking of ults the last thing I wanna mention is his ult is not actually terrible and it’s great for people grouped up and overextended as well as when they have important mobility tools on cooldown. If you have team up you pop it right before you go chungus and then pop ult immediately and you should be very hard to kill and do big damage. Bonus if you ult in room with a low ceiling which forces faster bounces.

Yeah Mr. Fantastic shoulda just been a vanguard and leaned on that kit more. Invisible woman is a healbot with zero damage but adds another OP we can never die ult to the game so she's viable

Invisible Woman does alright damage, very capable of killing most 250's no issue. You can get a lot of damage with a left click and push/pull follow up. Ideally you're push/pulling them into your damage zone.

One problem i always have is that roadhog hook needs good aim but also feels so good to use. Bucky’s ult feels bad 100 percent of the time. I hate the way it works.

The buffs he got are beyond ridiculous, I main magic, and before I could easily win against him in 1v1 in close range, now you can't do that, the last game I hit him 8 times(520dmg) and this hero survived without getting heals, he generate more armor than magic her self as a brawler! He's a hitscan for fuck sake, this is overwatch all over again!!!!

He's not a hitscan, his gun fires a projectile even if it is a fairly fast one. Also it's numerically impossible for Bucky to survive 520 damage on his own because the max health he can get by using all of his cooldowns is 405. 455 if he also uses his ult.
