Workplace bullies are unremarkable. They don't really accomplish anything in their lives. They are mediocre at best.
@theworkplaceabuseexperts94846 ай бұрын
All mediocre is giving them weight too much credit. These people are usually incredibly stupid. Absolute dummies, they have no emotional intelligence. They have no intelligence. And they have such pathetic excuses of sorry, existences that this is how they get their thrill. This is how they get their heart ones by ganging app on people and spreading gossip and rumors. Mine were a bunch of 50-year-old men that acted like seventh grade girls in the locker room. It's like, are you freaking kidding me? I wanted to say man. I don't blame them as much as I blame their stupid dads for not pulling out.

Exactly. Anyplace with a narc leader doubtless has more narcs buried into the crowd feeding into the toxicity. Usually very competent at any job I do. In a nut shell, they are jealous and competitive power seekers. Getting fired from a toxic workplace is not a bad thing, as they exist when there is poor management that don't understand basic human psychology. But remember, there are good managers out there that can see what's going on, and will keep you in there sights for the good reasons... as they know if they promote a toxic person, they will target their bad behaviour on those managers in order to get their job.
