I left two scapegoating bosses to go on to greener pastures. Their suddenly pale faces when I announced my departure are priceless memories. Don't let bullies snuff your light. You can do better.

The day they ganged up on me at my work place I quit immediately on the spot The manager was shocked. He begged me at first to stay and I refused, then he started yelling at me while I was quitting. Lol

Workplace bullies are unremarkable. They don't really accomplish anything in their lives. They are mediocre at best.
@theworkplaceabuseexperts9484
@theworkplaceabuseexperts9484 Ай бұрын
All mediocre is giving them weight too much credit. These people are usually incredibly stupid. Absolute dummies, they have no emotional intelligence. They have no intelligence. And they have such pathetic excuses of sorry, existences that this is how they get their thrill. This is how they get their heart ones by ganging app on people and spreading gossip and rumors. Mine were a bunch of 50-year-old men that acted like seventh grade girls in the locker room. It's like, are you freaking kidding me? I wanted to say man. I don't blame them as much as I blame their stupid dads for not pulling out.

They usually target the best brightest. Smartest, most likable, prettiest or any one they feel threatened by. These are insecure pathological envious, little butt holes.

I was the scapegoat 😂. It was not a good feeling and I am still very much traumatized. My manager tried to get me to stay, but only because I left during a busy period and me leaving would affect the operation. I agreed to give them a week more until my colleagues refused to change shifts with me to get me to leave abruptly, so I did. My biggest regrets were I wish I stood up for myself to prevent things from getting as bad as it did and that I had resigned much earlier than I did.

I left several jobs one after the other because I was scapegoated and treated like a halfwit. Me with 2 University degrees! It was usually a line manager with the aid of their acolytes gaslighting me. Needless to say I no longer work or ever wish to.

@@P8860 even remote can be bad, too. i worked for a sociopath in a remote job who believed myself and another coworker were just doing nothing. she bullied using some electronic platform (SLACK) that gave you no way to track the behavior of the leadership. i was eventually fired along with the other person she targeted within a month of my surgery.

Start recording the bullies
@theworkplaceabuseexperts9484
@theworkplaceabuseexperts9484 Ай бұрын
It depends on your state if you're gonna record the bullies without their knowledge. It has to be a one party consent state. Other states are 2 party consent which means you can't legally record the bullies without them knowing about it. I live in Texas and that's a one party consent. So I'm good, so check on your state laws. You should be able to find that on the internet.

@@theworkplaceabuseexperts9484 No, it doesn't seem like you could help me. I don't need it for one thing; I have enough and have healed enough for the moment, rather, I would advise you to come into further control of your emotions and address the pain under all these empty but marginally helpful theatrics. Podcasting is a way many resort to, so you know, to teach what they don't know, and act like they know it at a deep level and are past the concerning psychological hurdles and are the experts. ... I say this in love of the faithful Brethren-It doesn't bode-well. Help yourself first, though your videos are quite high in merit. Do not be merely intellectual and righteous in these matters.

Made some friends who were lawyers that? I haven't talked to in a while and there's a lot of good information on KZbin. There's a free law course class on the great courses. I'm starting a podcast in a couple of weeks and I'm writing a book. People are getting hurt. This doesn't work for me. Nobody deserves this. This needs to stop this is vile. This is evil. This is horse crap. And thank you for the kind compliments. It is truly appreciated. Wait till you see my next track. You're gonna love this? I'm gonna put up a list of employment lawyers online to give clients ideas. I studied law on my own as a hobby for 1.5 years and I got pretty nasty with it made a lot of friends that were lawyers and started learning tricks of a trade. For example, if your boss hits you that's a salt and battery, whether the company supports you or not whether you lose your job, he could be charged if he gets in your desk and steals your private property. That's larceny, that's a theft. If they put things in your food there's more than one way to skin a cat. You think that I didn't come from a military family and studies sun sues art of war I'm going after the bad guys. I'm sick of it.

I don't think. It's even legal to stalk. Employees from discussing pay. I think companies like to threaten people with that all the time. You can't discuss pay but I don't think that's even legal if I'm remembering my employment law and labor law. It's been a while since I've looked at it. No I didn't go to law school this claimer but I did self-study law as a hobby for 1.5 years and I really, really enjoyed it. Especially the labor and employment law and First Amendment law. Yeah, I made friends on an online site that were lawyers. I learned from them. They mentored me. I went through online courses, but they're so much. Information out there.I couldn't keep up with it all.I used audio books.The great courses, friends that were lawyers.Anything, I could use to help people from being bullied at work.Thanks for being on the page and thanks for supporting my work.It's truly truly appreciated.I'm starting a podcast in about 2 weeks and I'm writing a book.So be patient with me.I hope most of them set up a Patriot.I'm trying to build an Empire to rise up against this evil vile dog vomit.I need all the soldiers in this cause I can get

@DRHightower Oh, bullies are definitely stupid. Thanks for affirming my legal analysis. I like to know I still have my chops LO. L tell your attorney that I'm working on learning that stuff Because I think it's awesome and I want to help people. In fact, have him check out my channel. He might get a kick out of it or a laugh out of it LO. L plus it's good to help him understand the psycho. Social dynamics of this garbage. Anyway, I work for a school district that actually literally threatened us in writing and what they were asking us to do was illegal. I used to talk to a lawyer friend Of mind sort of an online buddy.I made on one of those lawyer sites and he was really in the first amendment law He went to law school because he wanted to win political fights on the internet.L , o , l , but he had to pay the bills , so he got into Corporate law. He told me the number of Times he almost had to sue school districts because of the blatantly stupid Things that the bullies and power would do was ridiculous.They were so legally Stupid and entitled. So yeah, I used to work for school districts that did illegal things in writing all the time.They're dumb AF. Bullies always are. Definitely keep in touch and let me know how It goes.
