Why, when Paul defended himself before Agrippa in Acts 26:19-22, did he not proclaim the revelation of the mystery? Why did he state that, "To this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come?" He is saying that up to this time, late in the Acts period, whenever He proclaimed his gospel message, he only revealed what had already been revealed at that time, that which the prophets and Moses said would come.

Why in Acts 26:19-22 did Paul state that he had, up to this time in the Acts period, never proclaimed anything other than that which the prophets and Moses said would come? Doesn't this show that the revelation of the mystery spoken of in Ephesians 3 was not in effect until after the Acts period?

Thanks Justin...been wondering about the Jews as I am learning mid acts - How would you speak to a room full of Jews? I am not sure if you have addressed this in any of your messages? Am I missing something key here or does this need to be addressed? Much Appreciate ...Daryl

Would someone please tell me if the church started in Acts 2, why are the Acts 2 believers NOT following all the teachings of Acts 2. Especially selling all they have and having all things in common???

WE ARE THE "MYSTERY PROGRAM" IN CHRIST: Romans 16:25 To him now that is of power to establish you according to my Gospel, and preaching of Jesus Christ, by the revelation of the MYSTERY, which was kept SECRET since the world began: 1 Corinthians 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a MYSTERY, even the hid wisdom, which God had determined before the world, unto our glory. Ephesians 1:9 And hath opened unto us the MYSTERY of his will according to his good pleasure, which he hath purposed in him, Ephesians 3:2 If ye have heard of the DISPENSATION OF THE GRACE of God, which is given me toward you, 3 That is, that God by revelation hath shewed this MYSTERY unto me (as I wrote above in few words, 4 Whereby when ye read, ye may know my understanding in the MYSTERY of Christ.) 5 WHICH IN OTHER AGES WAS NOT MADE KNOWN unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; ( WHICH IN OTHER AGES WAS NOT MADE KNOWN ) Colossians 1:26 Which is the MYSTERY HID since the world began, and from all ages, ***BUT NOW*** is made manifest to his Saints, ((( RAPTURE ))) >>>>> The rapture was a ((( MYSTERY ))).... Not known to anyone before Jesus gave that revelation to Paul. 1 Cor. 15:51 Behold, I shew you a MYSTERY; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. Jesus never spoke of the rapture of the Body of Christ, because the Body of Christ, and the rapture were both a ((( MYSTERY ))) MYSTERY HIDDEN THING SECRETS

When does the Rapture happen. After the last person in the Body of Christ is ushered into the Church? It cannot happen before the Body is complete. Who then was the first person to enter the Body of Christ, the Church of this age? It cannot exist without one person being the first person to enter the new Church in this Dispensation of Grace.

The new dispensation began with Christ and the mediation of the New covenant or new dispensation began when Jesus shed His blood, the temple veil was torn and Jesus ascended, was glorified and manifest at Pentecost. There is no other change in mediation than the one that began with Christ. Paul didn't become the mediator of some new-er dispensation. We're not under the Law because of what Christ did not because of what Paul said.

Wnen did dispensation begin? It began with John Nelson Darby when he made up this nonsence.
@dkgrace67434 жыл бұрын
A dispensation is not a period of time. It is a dispersing of new or different information the way God is dealing with mankind. Giving them instructions to put their faith in. To answer your question: the body of Christ could have only started when God dispersed the mystery info to Paul for us by Jesus. 1Tim 1:16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. Notice the words: first and hereafter. Peace and grace.

@@dkgrace6743 I tought Jesus Chist was the same yesterday today and forever? W what gives the Jews special treatment. they murdered him remember?
@dkgrace67434 жыл бұрын
@@richardschroepfer5357 Jesus is the same as always. But the way He/God deals with man has been different over the ages. With Adam it was don't eat, with Noah it was build an Ark, with Abraham it was believe God and get out of the country he was in, with Moses it was give and keep the law. You see the responsibility of man's faith changed as time went on. We are not to build an Ark or give and keep the law. Our responsibility is to believe the gospel that Jesus died shedding His blood, was buried and rose from the dead. And by putting our trust in that alone for the forgiveness of our sins, we are saved and have eternal life. Good question: Why did the Jews get special treatment? If you read the 1st 12 chapters of Genesis you will see that God dealt with mankind as a whole, all nations, up until Gen 12. When man continually failed, God chose for Himself one nation, one group of people to work with that He could love, make promises to, make covenants with and that the rest of the nations could see God through - that nation was Israel - the Jews. But now since Jesus saved the apostle to the Gentiles - Paul, we get our doctrine to live by in Paul's 13 epistles, where it states that we in the body of Christ that God is now working with, there is no Jew or Gentile. We are all one in Christ. All the bible is for us to read and understand, but not all the bible was written to us or about us. About 94% of the bible is dealing with Israel the Jewish nation. And we must rightly divide God's word to distinguish what is to us from what is to the Jews under the law. II Tim 2:15 Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Have a great week - Peace and Grace.
