What about someone whose menstrual cycle is not regular. Thus, the opposite of the regular either plus two or three days after the next month and subsequent monthly menstrual flow or minus two or three days before the following month menstrual flow. Using three months thus January to March as an example. After the flow of January, it changes on February (+days) and March (-days) as respectively.
