Your cycle length is 29 days and ovulation day was on cycle day 15, so count 15 days starting from 22nd November and you will get your ovulation day which was on 6th December, plus or minus two will give you 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th december.

This is beautiful 😀😀😀 me I don't even know how to count or know my ovulation. For my 2 kids how I got pregnant was just a day or 2 days after my period. That was how I got pregnant for my 2 boys.

What about someone whose menstrual cycle is not regular. Thus, the opposite of the regular either plus two or three days after the next month and subsequent monthly menstrual flow or minus two or three days before the following month menstrual flow. Using three months thus January to March as an example. After the flow of January, it changes on February (+days) and March (-days) as respectively.
