Hello ma'am, I am giving fruit puree to my 4 month plus baby as per doctor's recommendation. I am Indian but my baby was born in Finland. My baby was not gaining weight properly so doctor suggested to give fruit puree. Is it ok? The signs which you are talking about are visible in my baby

Hi Shreya, my baby boy is now 6 month and 1 week old. Till now I exclusively breast feeding him. He doesn't show those three signs you told in this video about starting solid foods. He is so curious about exploring everything that he never sit . And even never watch us eating us. My problem is can we start if he is not showing these three signs or I must wait for sometime. Actually till date I am on maternity leave. Now I have to start my job. So I thought I introduce some solid food and then I'll joine duty. But after watching your video I am little bit confuse whether I should start giving him solid food or not. If not then is it sufficient that he still rely on breast milk exclusively or I should introduce him formula milk
