I hope you had a chance to watch the whole video. Here are the answers to the quiz at the end. Attitude - the first tt is a flap because it's between vowels. The second t is a regular T because "tude" is a stressed syllable (secondary stress). It's just the opposite for "opportunity". The first T is a regular T, since "tun" is a stressed syllable. The last T is a flap, since it's between vowels. Flight attendant has 3 T sounds, but I just want to focus on the first 2. The first T is a flap, since it's between vowels. I hope you weren't fooled by the spelling of flight - the "gh" is silent. The second T is regular, since it's starts a stressed syllable "ten". We will talk about the final T in another video.

Nice job. For "flight attendant", you mean the T at the end of "flight"? If so, that is correct.

I have a question. When t comes before n or ng should we use flap t? For example listen to me , or something to do

Great question. The T usually becomes a flap between vowel sounds, so in this case, both of these T's in the word "to" will be pronounced with a regular T sound.

Wanted and avoided have a flap. There are several held sounds in there: where T or D are at the end of the word.
