I’ve heard this type of message a dozen times and it’s still the weakest point where I fail every time. I get excited, internally, too soon. Looking for the investing energy and fearing it at the same time. It’s true, it’s very hard to find a match that rings all your bells and when you do, you’re a bit scared to mess it up. It all feels so fleeting.

Make friends with the fear and embrace it... maybe then it will lose its power over you. Also... you come from a place of scarcity like many of us.. perhaps believing in abundance of good potential partners would make you less attached?

I have been activating my feminine energy at work. I kid you not, soo many men are approaching me! One person that I was only practicing to begin with is now initiating all the communication with me non stop. He said that I have found a way to his heart and I am one of very special person in his life right now....wow, I didn’t even try! I was just being confident yet warm and comfortable while leaning back....

Joanna Mak Hello joanna, first thing I did is to learn how to accept and love my self. this makes a huge diff! It really helps you to invest in yourself. I worked out I look so fit, I eat healthy, I dress up soo elegant and classy, I go back to school taking master in engineering, I feel soo happy, but physical and intellectual are just some portion of it. When I learn to love and accept my self I automatically changed the way I speak, I become softer, I quit telling men what to do, I receive their compliments, I don't hide my feelings including my vulnerability, if I'm sad or happy or scare...I don't invest or do stuff for them instead I let them make the effort and investment in me. Trust me I did nothing but being warm and comfortable when I spoke to them, they go nuts! I have been practicing this with several diff men and actually one of them just told me yesterday that: I think I could be falling in love with you. Whoa! This one person, did so much for me already from buying me lunch, dinner even when I'm sick....crazy huh? considering I made no effort but being pretty, confident yet warm.

Another great video Helena🌼 I have tended to be in my masculine when I really like a man and not seeing the results. Your advise about making decisions about how I feel in his presence and away from him in my feminine makes so much sense. ☺️🌻

Great advice, Helena. I never invest heavily in a man until he says "I love you." You cannot make a man fall for you. Wow, after the second date is FAST. Women take about 14 dates on average, I've heard. We look at the WHOLE person.

Thank you! Is there a specific topic that would be helpful for when you're in a new relationship?
@matcha_mage4 жыл бұрын
Helena Hart perhaps things like: - How to inspire your new boyfriend to contact you more, make plans, see you more often, etc. without placing pressure on the relationship too soon too quickly - How to figure out HIS needs and what & how much he’s comfortable with in terms of contact & in-person interactions - If there are ever times you as a feminine energy should give instead of just receiving/getting - If leaning back can be construed as not investing in the relationship (should he always initiate more often than you do? Is there such a thing as leaning back TOO much and TOO often that it seems like you’re not doing your part in the relationship?) - What pressure looks like to a man while you both are gradually building this new relationship together // what does leaning forward in a new relationship look like? - Difference(s) between being codependent and interdependent in a relationship - How to make a man feel needed without being needy - Is there ever a thing as being TOO independent? - What making a man lead in a relationship looks like vs letting him do all the work Would be so great!!

Why is it that the men that I’m not into chase me?
@rosenblau4 жыл бұрын
Because when we are into a guy we begin to get anxious and nervous and want a certain outcome. They can feel it. But if we aren't into a guy and aren't trying to make him like us, they feel the relaxed energy and see our true unattached selves and they become magnetized and interested.

I just realized today that every time I ever remember dressing femininely I had some horrible interaction with a man (i.e., was insulted, assaulted, had boundaries trespassed, etc.) I would like to be in my feminine, but I don't ever wear dresses, makeup etc. Realizing that I avoid it because I am actively afraid of the repercussions of looking feminine makes me wonder - how can I learn to feel safe in my feminine energy?

I get a bit confused when you say to pay attention to how you feel when you aren't with him bc women have different thresholds for time. Some women get panicky after a short time of not hearing from him, even if she feels safe around him.
@HelenaHartCoaching4 жыл бұрын
That’s a good distinction, thanks for bringing that in! This video should be helpful for anyone who experiences that: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iZ7VkHV3ia9raZI

How often do you text him? I leaned back after sending a text and it took him 9 DAYS to text me, and then apologize for disappearing cuz he was busy with work and was feeling down. A few days later he invited me to gamenight and I met his friends. :)
@kraftykat10484 жыл бұрын
@@HaileysHealth too much. I tell him good morning/have a good day every day. Then when he responds, I write something back. I need to lean WAY back.

Krafty Kat you probably lean towards too much. Just take some days off doing your stuff and see if he initiates the contact. It works for me everytime. Even after 10 days or 3 weeks, he always comes back ;)

Helena you are an absolute gift. ? My best friend I've had for over 15 years agreed to come over to pick up some and go through things to remember her by of my moms who passed away a year and a half ago. He hasn't came by for a long time and I want to be in the moment with him but I also want to encourage him to spend more time with me outside of work which he also hasn't been doing very much lately. Background. 3 years ago we had a fling that lasted about 3 months. Things were a little weird when it stopped abruptly. But I would love to get back to our great friendship. Sorry about the length but I would love to hear your thoughts of how to approach this. It's happening this Saturday

@@HelenaHartCoaching He didn't come by. I was going to text him something like: "Seeing how yesterday didn't work out any ideas on when you'll have time to try and come by again or I can come to you. And did your jury duty get over so you could go to Phoenix with your buddy" I haven't heard from him and I know he has a lot going on and I should just let him be or text something like I mentioned above. I was seeing a guy for over three months, then he started texting less etc. So, I told him I would lay back and wait for him to initiate contact when he felt he was open to spending some time. " I do “want” more time from you, but I will try to leave it more up to you in the future. For instance, You hit me up - when you feel you are open to spending some time. How is that ? " He did not respond. It has been 18 days and I have not heard from him. He is not interested, right?
@HelenaHartCoaching4 жыл бұрын
Yes, I'd say that's a big clue that he's not interested. When a man is truly interested, he won't risk letting you slip away.
