Great video! I did use Sulfur in one of my white desert rose , she was not growing and it was soft but it was not rotten, so Maria Gave directions how to use the sulfur and she also told me to cut off the leaves and now my plant is growing and the Caudex is bigger 🌺🌸🌹

Love your tips ,Maria. The cactus you are growing on the tree is a night blooming cactus. Mine is huge and surrounds a large palm tree. The tree pruner trims it maybe yearly or it would overpower the tree. The flower is beautiful, yellow, huge and only comes out at night and lasts only one day. The fruit it produces is called dragon fruit. You make me smile, so thanks for your energy.

Greetings from Okeechobee!! Maria, I cut my dessert rose like your video showed, back about 5 weeks ago. Before the freeze. I wanted to send a picture, but could not. It has been in the house since I cut it back and I have not watered it. Can you show in one of your video what the plant should look like after 5 or 6 weeks. Thank you for your videos and thank you for the help!!

Hi Maria-- Just passing along some info == I have been working with a woman at Lowes here in Land O Lakes, Fl (2+ hrs north of you) trying to get the Kelloggs N'Rich and the OldCastle Just Natural soil conditioner. No luck finding either at any Lowes in the entire US so far. They can't find any sulfur either and no pine bark mini nuggets you recommended. Home Depot has sulfur but it's twice the cost of Lowes as found on Lowes website (but not available now at Lowes). I was able to get the Sta-Green Potting Mix at Lowes. I have been using Black Gold Cactus Mix and Black Gold Potting Mix. Both are pretty good but I add perlite and Manna Poultry Grit (Get it at Tractor Supply - 25 lbs for $8.99) for drainage. I started growing D.R.'s from seeds in June (bought from Mr KO of Taiwan - he has hundreds of varieties of DR's- big website ). I got about 80% germination. The babies didn't grow much during July and August - not sure why. In Sept they started growing 2 new leaves. I was afraid to water and fertilizer too much and how often in the summer here in Fla (water once every 3-4 days).. I'll write more if Lowe's comes through. I think your videos are great and look forward to every new one so........, THANKS!!! I appreciate your great words and expert insight. Hope this helps your subscribers.....

Daryle Domanico Hi Daryle you amazing person talking the time to do all this work you got a point very hard to find good soil for are plants the company want to make a lot profit and don’t care to produce quality for are plants but what we need to do don’t buy the bad soil mix you own or we all call Lowe’s and ask them to carry the All Natural soil conditioner or oldcastle jolly garden that replace the 100% pine bark but no body have I don’t understand I’m very frustrated I got to do something about thank you Maria’s garden

Thanks Maria, great tutorial. By the way, the cactus plant that you are growing up your tree, that you don’t know what it is, is dragon fruit, very tasty. You can grow it along a wire (at least 2metres high). They want to be able to hang down of something before they start to produce fruit. Your climate is perfect for them….

Hi Maria, I found your channel recently , which is very interesting because I do have desert rose plant, not knowing about the plant, I think I started up wrong. There were leaves on the plant but, they all fell off, they are about a year old, , when the leaves fell off, the top of the plant went soft like rot so, I clip off the top placed the cinemmon and glue like you did in one of your episode. I'm seeing a few tiny leaves now but, the top or tip of the plant , you just see the seal glue. I live in Trinidad, can you tell me what to do? Love you style miss Maria, you're funny, witty and lovable. 💕
