hey winter. i specced my artifact like a dumb fuck and took both the useless damage mitigation abilites. should i just refund and do it the right way? im at 19 i dont mind grinding out the artifact power to go the right way

I REALLY don't recommend refunding if you can avoid it. At lvl 19 it would cost you 30k AP to refund. If you really fucked up, then do it now as opposed to later, but try to fix it if you aren't way off course.
