Precision and accuracy at 100% ... I'm sure all your overplay videos are for me, did anyone listen to the bassist? This is maturity at its highest. Pastor Don, you're a blessing to me. I own an Ibanez SR506 and I've been the solo bassist (6strings spirit) but these videos have really helped me work on my groove and discipline even without having to change my bass. The less you fill the more they're valued and the better you connect. Musicians, if you wanna have my kinda testimony pls subscribe to this channel ..... thanks✌

Keenly, as a musician myself hearing lots of drums used in jazz, rock, and pop, assuming a 4/4 meter, the main standard is to do the fills on beats 3 and 4 of every 4th measure - with the subsequent cymbal crash/kick blow at the end on the next 1st measure of 1st beat and then get back to the regular drum groove. Especially when you do a disco groove coming from the 1970s.

Play less and get more gigs. I wish drummers would play less; it would make my life as a bassist pretty enjoyable. Drummers- leave room for the other musicians. It’s not even close to about you
