When to use Mass Regeneration and Chronostatic Preservation as a Mage Healer [Season of Discovery]

I've put out a good amount of video content showing Living Flame & Spell Power but not a ton showing off the power of Mass Regeneration and Chronostatic Preservation. Both are insane tools in the mage healers kit that allow them to be one of the most versatile healers in all of Season of Discovery.
Chronostatic is so strong now that I could see a world where mages go Fire instead of Arcane as a secondary healer spec and only pull out Chronostatic when it's needed.
Mass Regeneration is extremely important when your 2nd healer isn't confident in their abilities or is really focused on single target healing. If your group isn't very good and takes a ton of raidwide damage it's an easy way to keep them alive at the cost of a personal dps loss.
Also a quick look into spell queueing which is super important for using when rebuffing with Regeneration or raid healing with Mass Regeneration.

Nice video man. I’m a 96dmg/93heal average parse in gnomer so I’ll give my $0.02. TBH I never run chronostatic, even if I’m using mass regen. In most cases I’m tank healing so just take LF anyways, but on those odd pug nights where I need to carry the healing a bit I still don’t see much of a reason to take CP even when taking mass regen. I could see taking it in a solo heal situation or where the other healer is pretty much useless. I have had a couple times in pugs where tanks have died to raw boss damage on menagerie so CP might have been useful there as AB+AM alone wasn’t enough to keep tanks up. Thankfully my main raid team is solid and I can just focus on keeping beacon on tanks and pumping damage. That’s where mage healers excel. 💪

Another thing to note is that you can precast both Regeneration spells and Chronostatic before pull, then drink for full mana. Something most other healers have literally no chance of doing. You go into a fight with a 1k Healing burst at the ready for like the first 12 seconds of the fight, which both in Menagerie and Therma just negates any of the struggle at the start of the fight. I love how the comments list a ton of HoT effects and like ... what? None of those are a 1k Healing Burst, the HoTs run down quickly, even if you can drink up to full mana and not a single healer has the amount of spike healing available that Arcane Beacon does. But go off I guess.
