By the definition of the word u could say KOs are punishment obviously, but in boxing when a fighter “punishes” another fighter in the ring it means that they dominate the fight and put on a beating on the opponent consecutively trough rounds. So it makes sense for Ryan to say that given tank is a counter puncher and let’s his opponents win most of the rounds before he knocks them out with one punch.
