You can tell the parts he thought about/planned before hand. He changes up his pace of speech during those lines because they're rehearsed. He did have a few organic lines though.

He was basically an unknown in the fight game.. The only reason anyone knows him now is cause his "stepping stone" made an example out of him. Not the appropriate time to be talking shit like that especially to someone like Cowboy. People want to see the heart and determination you have for this sport, before anything. I mean yes, it’s your opinion, but I think it’s blatantly wrong. There is a segment of fans that doesn’t really care about what goes on outside the cage, and are there for the actual fights, but a huge part of the UFC is being marketable. Trash talk can do that for you. Tons of guys in the talent pool have all the heart in the world, but the reality is that keep their mouths shut doesn’t help them advance their careers. I can’t wrap my head around how you couldn’t be anything but respectful to Donald Cerrone. He’s literally your dad’s buddy who you get drunk with around a fire on a Saturday night, and a guy you definitely wouldn’t want to fuck with. Alex can actually speak really well and i can see him having some really entertaining press conferences in the future and getting under people's skin... the problem here is, he didn't read the room. cowboy is not somebody that u trash talk. he's just not that guy. he's been a fan favorite for years and is an absolute legend and hes just one of those guys u dont talk shit to. hernandez is still young and people make mistakes i hope he learns his lesson from this and focuses more on winning and then eventually get to the top and start trash talking people who aren't one of the most legendary fighters of all time lol. it was awesome seeing him get knocked the fuck out.

This was as brutal a mismatch as I think I've seen in your videos. Cowboy spent the whole fight mercilessly advancing on him and walking right through his punches completely unaffected. Alex's face was consistently DEMOLISHED by someone who is so clearly more experienced it was like watching a master put a student in their place. This reminds me a lot of Vick v gaethje both Vick and Hernandez had some fantastic lines in the trash talk department, and could’ve really been a break out fight for both of them,but both ended up getting starched, how I love mma!

I think it's just angles and muscle flexion. Throwing hooks on the ground really gets your shoulders and biceps involved so he looks like a tank from that perspective.
