I think the key is to take days off as normal people do from their 9 to 5 jobs. I also find myself burning out very easily with a self-employed creative job. So take regular breaks and just try to remove big expectations from yourself. Being loving your channel, keep creating, keep finding joy in the small things. Wish you good luck!

You would make a great language learning course! You shouldnt feel bad for putting the subscription option up and giving sometime to promote it or ask your viewers some ideas what they would like if they were going to pay for it. Making videos is a lot of work and definitely know you are bringing value to people! There isnt anything wrong with making a living and sometimes you should purely make a video you want to make because it brings you joy despite the algorithms or popularity along with videos you think would do well. If you arent happy then there isnt any point and viewers will feel it. Wish you well you are doing great im sure you will figure out what makes sense for you eventually. ❤

I recommend you go to a Gym , that helps with the burn out , doing exercise helps , I used to go to the Gym after my mandarin chinese clases , it helped my body and my mind , well take care.

I love your Channel and your videos. However it makes me sad to hear that u get stress from your content creating. Maybe u can start to consider doing things that don't really require a script. Maybe u can play a game or something idk. There must be a way. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
