With grim and tinker aghs. You lose 2 10% current hp that bounces with your allies as well. Not involving the blind and hex. When allowed to thrive in teamfights, a good tinker ez dominates the whole map with global presence and fast way to reconnect in wars

His aghs make him smash his drums which then does some dmg in a aoe around him and heals him based on the dmg dealt. It used to be that it healed of illusions and pls illusions take about 300% more dmg or so and therefore beastmaster is healing 25% of his max hp every time he hits his drums
