I got the OL on 28th Feb. I filled the BGC form and uploaded all the docs except NSR e-card, Medical Certificate and Non-criminal affidavit as the links for that was till not activated. Unfortunately at that time I did not know that the BGC form should not be submitted without NSR e-card etc. I have submitted the form on 7th march.
