The commlink thing is from a LEGO webcomic. I'm sure if you check the wookieepedia sources it will tell you that. I read those comics growing up. Its a few panel gag where the chancellor tries to execute order 66 but gets cut off, and because the order was (in this comic only) to throw away the commlink, he was unable to get the clone to execute the actual order on Ahsoka. It was from like 2010, a couple years into The Clone Wars television show, when LEGO was producing lots of TCW content.
