When You Do AIR ONLY In HOI4 By Blood Alone...

After a Germany game that left a lot to be desired, Tommy returns to fix his failure in his first HOI4 By Blood Alone game.
Stepping up once again on the Air Germany where we only do only air with okay infantry, it's time to see if this time around this hoi4 challenge can be completed and Tommy can satiate his thirst for playing Germany in Hearts of Iron 4.
On top of Tommy trying out Air Germany once again, but focused, we are FINALLY returning to the HOI4 100% Achievement Series where Tommy tries to get all HOI4 achievements out there.
With the release of By Blood Alone, the new HOI4 DLC, there's a lot more achievements.
From Italy achievements to Ethiopia achievements, Tommy will be busy for these first few months of BBA, enough until HOI4 Roleplay and HOI4 Multiplayer is ready for this new patch of Hearts of Iron 4.
In this video Tommy will be going for the new Germany achievement, By Beer Alone, where the goal is to own Budweis, Tsingtao and Guinness.
Basically Germany either conquering Ireland, China and Czechoslovakia or inviting them into the faction.
Tommy will take the WW2 path for Germany and also test out how good fighters, planes and other air are in this new HOI4 DLC!

The new air meta is air attack, agility was nerfed heavily. So one thing you could do better than Tommy did is to use bomb bays in cas because the only downside is the agility loss which doesn't matter

@@johnmeskill4636 I didnt do the calculations myself but they are pretty simple. That certain value is what paradox never gives us and we dont actually know it, we just know from testing that a high air attack fighter kills way more high agility fighters than the other way around

Italy spent all his points trying to take the land from you in England, so when you left, he was out of points and could only take the small amount of land he had points for. The thing with the new peace conferences is that it's perfectly possible to not have enough points to take things from your enemies, because there is a hard cap on the number of points you can get in the conference, and you lose a portion of the points in order to contest other peoples claims.

tommy you did it the hard way, which is respectable tbf. The better way is to go Kaiser German Empire tree. There u can get Qingdao for free from China via focus, you can form Austria-Hungary via focus as well ( it gives you Czechoslovakia which is needed for achievement) After that, you just destroy UK and France and kill Ireland and you get everything you need for the achievement

I like using cannons II when doing fighters, yes, they take the agility much, but they are invincible untill 1942/43, but then U have fighter III that has better stats again. This really works at least for me having 1 to 7+ KD ratio while having 700 of my fighters against 2-3k the allies had.

I took Britain with paratroopers from the Rhineland. I used heavy fighters to get air superiority. Unfortunately I learned that you always want to finish France first but you can leave paratroopers there with plans prepared so you can drop as soon as France falls. It works much better than naval invasion. Also, do two engine light fighter. The speed helps a lot.
