I’ve been going to the gym consistently four times a week since January and I haven’t burned out yet. I’ve only missed one workout. I’ve lost 40 pounds but now I’m dealing with the food cravings where it’s hard to control my appetite. I’ll get through it though

I've been doing 1700-1800 calories a day for months and my cravings haven't been bad. Just allow your self a cheatmeal once in awhile. But don't go crazy. Also track the macros of your cheat meals too and then adjust the rest of your day accordingly

Please do this fousey, I started going to the gym last week around the same time as you and then I found your videos again. It’s been so encouraging to see you in the gym. I can relate to you! I’m 191 and want to get down to about 175. I would love to see the diet side of this journey!!

the trick is to find out your maintain weight so lets say its 3000cal, then for 3 weeks eat 3000cal everyday. then cut down cal slowly every 3 weeks.

I lifted for years and then fell off hard for three years during pandemic. I have now been consistently working out and dieting for over 6 months. Its so hard at the beginning. But it gets so much easier once you build that habit up.

Been dating my girl for almost 4 years. That’s when my weight gain began( relationship weight ) I went from 170 to 270 in a year. For years I’ve tried to workout and I just keep losing and going back to being lazy. Just got my gym membership and I’m down to 265, I know it’s not much but hopefully I can get back to 170 one day.

We have something called muscle memory. If you get shredded once in your life, and stop working out after that.. you can gain the muscle back in a couple months of weight training. And in my opinion, getting lean too.. if you get lean lean, and gain weight, your mind is already disciplined to know what to do and how to get back to a lean body

The body weight about alcohol is false at least for me cuz when i gain weight i gain weight all over my body including the face and i don’t drink at all. Everyone is different on how they gain weight.
