@rickykeller7069 I meant I've removed myself from my narcissistic ex partner & it's been 4 years. This time I permanently closed my door on him & I never looked back. The last thing I said to him was "I hate you" & I immediately blocked him on WhatsApp & blocked his number so that he doesn't call or text & I'm pleased to say no communication since that day. I saved myself & I told myself I don't want to suffer anymore.

3 months no contact and I’m blocked everywhere, had the smear campaign. Now she’s projecting that she’s living her best life. Travelling with her new supply but posting to appear to be single. I can feel it’s all for my eyes but she’s playing such a weird game. And that’s the bottom line, she told me years ago that love is a game. The thing is I’m not playing anymore

Going no contact when you work with one in the same department is very difficult. If you would knew my situation almost the only option would be to switch to another job which is crazy when everything els is good. But when you have gone through the cycle and the persons tries to hoover you back in, every time it still drains energy from you even trying to ignore some one all week still isn't convenient.

Went no contact with a co worker about 5 years ago. No hoovering directly from the narcissist, but indirect hoovers from flying monkeys along with the smear campaign. Hasn't been easy but I try just acting indifferent to all of it and not reacting.

I was hurt & angry but she would keep starring at me & I would just ignore her to the point she started to look down when we crossed paths. We had a week off of work for thanksgiving so I’ve been so peaceful . Back to the routine tomorrow

Yes! As a self-aware diagnosed narcissist, I would say any and all interactions need to be extremely brief yet friendly. Gray rocking the other person will work, but in my opinion all you're really doing is boring them to death LOL. Once they get bored of you they will move on, believe me. In most cases anyway. Now keep in mind there are parenting apps as well, the parenting app acts as an in between and keeps an electronic record of any and all communications between you and the narcissist. I'm not familiar with what may or may not be available in your area, but almost any law firm with any legal experience can give you a free consultation regarding these apps, the names and how to use them and how to make the narcissist use them. Remember any and all communication should only be regarding your child, and what's best for the child, nothing else really actually matters! Now, if it's, its over. God bless, and good luck. Guys, after getting out of some nasty narcissistic mistreatment, I keep seeing snakes and gators in my dreams. It's persistent. Any ideas what it's all about? Any interpretations. Sounds weird, but I have to ask.

Hi @EasyRussianLessons, No it's not weird at all when you understand that these snakes and gators in your dreams reveal that there is demonic (Yes, demonic evil) in your life. These dreams you have are because the only true God, Jesus the Christ, is letting you peek behind the physical curtain of this world to see what's going on in the bigger spiritual world. Now, these dreams from what I gather, started after you got out of some nasty narcissistic treatment as you state; meaning that these evil spirits are not happy that you got out and seek to torment you mentally and spiritually (Like they're doing now). Ultimately their goal is for you to die either by suicide or some other means. Now the only solution for this is a person: the only true God Jesus the Christ, who has revealed this to you. Recognise that we, in ourselves are powerless against these spirits BUT these spirits are powerless against their Creator Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:10, Colossians 2:15) Thank Jesus for showing these things to you and ask Him for His help to get rid of them from your life. I would urge you to even more importantly, give and dedicate your life to Him because if you were His, these spirits (gators, whatever) wouldn't dare torment you for fear of messing with a child/chosen one of the Creator. They wouldn't dare mess with a child of the Creator who gave His life for His child to redeem them from the devil on the cross. As His child, you would have the authority to command these spirits to leave you, give you sound and peaceful sleep and to never ever come back again IN THE NAME OF JESUS. And boy oh boy, do they HATE that Name Jesus. With that command, they HAVE TO obey. So my dear friend @easyrussianlessons, Jesus is the answer and power to this demonic torment in your dreams. Make Him lord of your life sincerely by doing what the Bible says in Romans 10. Then tell these spirits to depart from you and your dreams in the powerful Name (You have no idea how powerful at this moment) of Jesus. Then you'd be essentially detonating several spiritual nuclear bombs on these gators and whatever. Sorry to talk so much but I've had my own experiences and must point you to salvation and freedom from all this rubbish which is in Jesus.
