It makes you wonder why Avada Kedava was illegal. It's harmelss, it's instant, and not a torture spell. Having something like Incideo, which sets THINGS ON FIRE, sounds way for worthy of being an illegal spell. Even something school taught like Wingardium Leviosa which levitates things. Just hover a person a good six feet and cripple rhem for life.
