This is why dark ruler no more is so important in this day and age. Everyone that goes first builds up a board full of negates and anyone going second will just scoop if they don’t have like 4 negates in their hand.

Problem is Dark Ruler dont allow you to win on the turn its used so you basically give your opponent another turn to come back. Reason why its never used.

As long as the green Mikanko is equipped, the opponent can't target "Mikanko"-Cards Because the equip card is a Mikanko-Card = he can't target the equip card
