Nah they made the game too casual this time Host can be guarded ny absolutely overleveled phantoms and also can gank 24/7 one invander without any support from the red team coming because of 4 slots in one invasion They could lock the 3 slots just for invaders and have a massive and real wild invasion that would look like a real war Aaaaand instead they gave host all benefits... Also solo invasions would definitely teach players to use Rune Arcs with a wisdom

Then they would have noticed that the quit game option is grayed out when you have an invader or a phantom. You have to close the software entirely to disconnect.

My favourite one was a speedhacker chasing me through pontiff so I ran to the stairs by the arena and spun in circles and he flew off into a connection error. I left a "lol" on his profile and got blocked.

The thing about ER (on PC) is that it's hard to tell when salty disconnects even happen. If this was around the 2min mark into the invasion, it might actually have been the infamous 2min "kick". Except this was on PS5 lol

honestly even on ps4 and 5 there's often disconnects, not to THAT level, but there definitely are, and even summoning/being summones is wonky af often times.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't him alt f4'ing and more of that 2 minute disconnect bug that happens for everyone. It's a shitty bug that sends phantoms/invaders home after 2 minutes because of crappy optimization for Easy anticheat. It happens to me all the time and it sucks.

Got to be honest, given the absurd rate of random disconnects I'm not even sure this was a quitout. Like, I recently went through Liurnia with a Taunters Tongue, I got invaded 3 tiems by the same guy in a row, and every invasion was him invading, we fought for a few seconds, he DC'd, then invaded again within a few seconds. Clearly he wasnt quitting manually because he came back in WAY too fast to relog, but the connections are so unstable they just break all the time. I've had people DC on me DURING their attacks that were clearly going to kill me. Yeah its bad.

@@l1ndan5573 Hunter-S: I've had it happen on Playstation myself so I can see it, though its much freaking rarer. its like 1/10 times usually but It has happened to me. Most likely he did rage quit since you can just hold PS button and quit out like that and it takes like 3 seconds at most.
