Facts, I was in a toxic relationship, whole lotta arguments , I was stressed 24/7, gained a lot of weight, stopped eating healthy, going to the gym, got sick all the time… once i left, i got this crazy motivation to start working on myself on all angles (health, wealth, spiriritually). Sometimes men need to touch rock bottom to know what they’ll never tolerate in their lives again and up their standards.

Stress releases the chemical hormone "cortisol". It has a somewhat acidic chemical mixed in. It mixed into ur bld-stream and cycles all over ur body, through your mind and cycles through your heart. The higher the stressz the more the acidic it is. High PH level. It begins to eat at the 4 wall chambers inside your heart. When you're younger, u can replace cells fairly quickly. So the ones ate up by cortisol may come back somewhat quickly. When u AGE, the replacement rate of cells SLOW DOWN. this means the stress and causing more of ur heart walls to wear thinner without replacing what was ate up for energy. This is dangerous bc if theres any kind of leak between the 4 chambers. Meaning if they join or mix oxygenating bld with carbon dioxide filld bld, you can have a heart attack. The 4 chambers of ur heart aren't separate. Stress made ur system eat through part of one of those walls and things are mixing that aren't suppose to. Youd be rushed to the ER. Not to mention u can lose hair. It'll LITERALLY fall out of your head. If ur young and already getting grey hairs that's a sign man.. u gotta chill. Fix what u got control over. Dont let others put weight on u, mentally or emotionally. Especially some chick. Ur health isn't worth messing up, just so u dont lose the 🍑 and 😼 Mayne.. stay solid brotha. 🔥
