Yeah this is true for me. At 48 yrs old & getting jealous when my 40 yr old bf looks at younger women. It tears me up inside & i get distant from him when he does it. This clearly stems from insecurity. I'm a bit apprehensive for the gyms opening back up, because this is where my issues lie. We sometimes train together & sometimes it's not enjoyable. Could potentially break us up one day!

By treating myself like I wanted others to treat me. I woke up in the morning look in the mirror telling myself I'm pretty, I'm enough and I'm doing great living my life, eating healthy foods, doing some exercises, engage modt of my time alone and evaluating myself asking the question "Am I happy today?" Something like that.

When you are so depressed when anxiety haunts you when you have so low confidence in yourself, when insecurities start to eat you alive, no motivational videos or quotes work. It becomes so deeply rooted that it is almost difficult to remove it from the root. Even if we are aware, even if we know the cause of insecurities nothing works literally nothing😢😢💔💔

You have to look deep in yourself. Find yourself love yourself it'll make a difference. I'm talking from exsprience. And start self positive talk on your self. One thing you like about yourself. Whether your hair eyed nails. Say the one thing for a week. Then add another, then you'll notice you'll start saying more positive things which will help you,

I recalled all my achivements, i stand infront of the mirror and complient myself but i only feel good momentarily then back to same depressed mood. And because of my insecuritues I am ruining my relationship too. I sometimes become controlling. And this kind of feeling really sucks. But i am not able to help myself😥😥 This is the worst worst worst feeling.

this video was really so so relatable..i want to share my personal experience (which maybe no one wants to hear tho) so my first relationship that went for like 4 years ended up, and the reason was that he dated other girls while being with me..in all he was completely disloyal and knowing all this i chose to stay with him for like 4 years but at the end when i realised my worth i moved out of that whole thing. in that relationship he even made me meet his parents and it felt so good at that time but ive already told u the end. but actually things didnt end here. i became so insecure with almost every relationship except my parents. i broke beautiful friendships just overthinking that my friends use me or what not i thought then. i just cutoff links with every good friend of mine and then i started talking to a new comer of our school and we started dating 8 months back and we still are. i love him more than anything but sometimes these insecurities pop in my head and they kind of start ruling over me. but now i realise my insecurities and i have started working on them. i hope i find peace soon and i hope god gives wisdom to everybody

This is true. Until I recognized the root cause which was an event from my younger age where a married woman was constantly cheating her husband which I unfortunately had witnessed, that had seeded the doubting, I could never trust a woman and it affected my relationship badly.
