@@Alden-Smith He did. Double-Iris Magician has the condition: "This card is always treated as a 'Pendulum Dragon' card". This is for Astrograph Sorcerer's effect so that it doesn't need Odd-Eyes itself. 'Black Fang', 'White Wing' and 'Purple Poison' Magicians were all made the same way, for the same purpose for the dragons they represent. So yes, that was a legit summon.

@@WhiteRaito The best feeling in the world when it comes to DPE: Using 'Monster Reborn' to take control of him before the opponent can re-summon him. Then using its effect *better* than the actual owner, despite one's own deck not fitting the Elemental Hero or Destiny Hero theme.

This one time, I screwed up fusion summing Z-ARC. I got the soul and super poly ready. .........I had a brain fart and laid my entire hand on the field, preventing me from using super poly the instant I got all four dragons on the field. I lost Starving Dragon and that was it. lol

In most cases yes, it can, because if it's like imperm (negate that monster's effects), then it wears off as soon as it leaves the field

@@nerazim1110 as long as they have branded lost up you can't respond to anything they do when a fusion monster is summoned and they can keep that going all the way from albion being summoned to when mirrorjade hits the field, and even as soon as mirrorjade hits the field because it is a quick effect it can activate under the protection of branded lost still since it's still the summon period of a fusion monster

@@Angels-Haven That's... not how it works. They did just as you described: they set up lost, activated fusion, went through lubellion into mirrorjade. Mirrorjade's effect is not an on Summon effect, therefore, it does not have the protection from lost. Lost disables the opponent to respond to the fusion summon. As long as the summon is successful, the protection from lost is gone. Or rather, it is gone after the player activates the on summon effect, and mirrorjade's effect is not that.
