1:19 The hitbox at the bottom of the heart is the problem. If you look closely at the times where she is on the ground with blue soul you can see that she is actually floating a little bit this REALLY BAD cause in games like these you really want to make sure the player hitbox is smaller than the actual visuals so there are no frustrating experiences like this 0:50 is the clearest time you can see it.

This game is such a mixed bag. I honestly enjoyed the hell out of beating it, but the hitboxes and rng are absolute crap, can't even fathom how much "fun" a no-hit run is. The game has that questionable "aura" to it as well, since the creator is all like "skill issue" when people report actual problems like this.

I accidentally do this a lot when marking fights. For me, it's because I didn't make the fading out attack effect separate from the actual attack and it counts as hitting it
