I like the short Intake for the way it’s installed. Easier. The loss isn’t too big of a difference or important for my kind of use. Might invest in one soon. Cool video

Thanks, yes I mentioned that at the end of the video. It doesn't make much of a noticeable difference on the bike.

I built a tillison engine, I forgot I put it on a trailmaster storm. The motor mount plate was too thin and it ripped to chunks out of the plate where the front bolts went. It took six months before I found a Coleman ct200uex without the motor. I left the original tires on it but a 10 tooth clutch and50 tooth rear sprocket smoked the clutch . These tires are 19 in in height. If I go would get a17 are a little smaller I could probably put my 50 tooth rear back on . I have a 60 on the rear sprocket right now

I think there is something some people didn't think of ?¿? Timing is going to need to be changed for the best results plus what fuel is being used ???? A person should have access to a dyno for the best performance!! I liked what you did !+! I would love to be able to do half of what you are doing !!! I'm working on a few things 2 go carts in pieces when i got them !+! I'm running out of time i will be 59 in a few month's LOL !!! Seriously i just recently bought a new massio mb 200 s 6 hours and it stretched the chain so much i knew something was wrong i figured out #35 clutch with a 420 chain doesn't last long their warranty sucks !!!!!!!!!

Pretty surprised actually, was there a noticeable feel in power or barely?? Makes sense the longer tube helps optimize fuel!!🤪✊️🔥

@@Black66 I couldn't believe how fast they was. I have three friends that lost their leg from car's pulling out in front of them. I got lucky, I crushed my foot and ankle and they was able to fix it with screws. I mainly used front brakes after that. I'm paranoid running too fast with back brakes.

@@paulluffman519 Ya, I don't blame you. Definately have to be careful out there. Especially as fast as these bikes are getting these days.

probably just adjusting the carb needle would make up for the difference. i bet the only difference is it needs to be tuned. i bet it would actually run better with the short intake if you tuned it, but who knows. not enough of a difference to really matter anyway. it would make a big difference if you were going from a bent intake to a straight one with no turbulence. that's why i'm putting a short intake on my bike.

Hey Black66 love the video quick question I have a mini bike with a Honda GX390 and I don't know what type of clutch system I should use. Do you recommend a torque converter or a clutch and if possible what brand?
@Black66 Жыл бұрын
Everyone is different but for me I like a torque converter on the bigger bikes like the Coleman CT200U-EX and a clutch /chain set up on the smaller bikes. GoPowerSports has a nice 40 series that will handle anywhere from 8hp to 18hp .

Hey man, go power sports has a stage 1 bolt kit for the juggernaut. It's like $40. Any way you can test it out and make a video. There's not much info I can find as far as a review goes.
