As someone with ADHD this is fairly accurate. With me personally I wasnt really able to distinguish the mish mash of constant speeding thoughts and frustration though, it felt like a block on my brain with how constant it was. I just felt so stressed 24/7

I’ve honestly never had intrusive thoughts that were *loud* like hers are. And with only one real major exception (which has pretty much fully gone away), my intrusive thoughts have always been benign, random things. Like suddenly remembering something funny that I hadn’t thought about in weeks. Or something cringeworthy that happened. Things like that. Poor girl.

yup i call it the hamster wheel, makes you overthink when you dont want to, have explosive emotional high and lows because of the anxiety and depression. after feeling this all at once you start to realized your not "normal"
