Is there a reason why there seems to be so many stray dogs ( and big ones at that ! ) in Romania ? Is there a lack of " watch policy" about it ? Whatever the case is , be careful to our lovely Robert, I love dogs but I'd hate it if little Robert was bitten during one of those strolls ....
