There should to be a similar Pyke bug, where if you reset ult, it would like it went on CD, but you would still have the thing around your R icon, showing you can cast again. You could tell that you had it by the fact that his eyes were like glowing a bit and leaving a trail. Nowadays, he just has an icon next to his health bar when he resets anyways.

pro tip for my fellow pyke mains : if there is still an HP THRESHHOLD INDICATOR, like the white line near the hp, or the hp suddenly turns red when they are low, and it says ur ults on cooldown, ult anyway cause if you didnt have ult the threshhold wouldnt be there in the first place

Pyke's R cooldown starts on first cast but for some reason once the R is not usable anymore it displays the full cooldown as if the cooldown started on last cast. When you kill someone and the recast is ready, the cooldown is already ticking. This bug isn't even new. It's older than the sun but Riot refuses to fix anything that isn't blatantly gamebreaking.

The ult wasn't actually on cooldown, the timer was what was bugged. All pyke mains know this bug, it's pretty annoying but you just have to watch for the healthbar indicators.
