I just watched a documentary on fasting, how the body rids itself of toxins and begins to heal through the creation of new pluripotent stem cells that restore our brokenness both literally and figuratively. Reminds me of Psalm 51. A lot of what they discussed about fasting’s purifying effects reminded me of why Jesus said in that same chapter that that kind of demon could only be excised through prayer and fasting. I've been talking about it for the last two years. Beside what's going on in the world, algorithms in cell phones are training our brains to lose our thoughts by controlling our own narrative. We are in a time of spiritual and physical warfare... Unfortunately, too many people are still asleep and do not see what's really happening in the world... They continue to believe the narrative. People asleep are so brainwashed by the narrative that they do not have the capacity of debate or a logical conversation without getting angry or shutting us down... Many years ago I dated a young man who was in college studying to become an Engineer. He asked me “What is time?”. I thought the answer was pretty easy, but no matter how I described it to him I was declared wrong. His answer was “Time is change”. This is actually a very common phenomenon that’s been documented for the last 200 years at least. The sensation of time seemingly accelerating more as you age. It’s all perception. When you’re 5 years old, a year is 20% of your entire life, so it’s going to FEEL like a longer length of time. Once you get to mid-late 20s not so much. You’re busy all the time, most of us are too distracted to stop and smell the roses. All in all, in the grand illusion of time, life is brief. Make the most of this moment. Keep going young man.

It’s a really good subject, and not as linear as people think. However, please realize; you loose your time. We watch videos now, we text people, rarely ever do we do one thing with full effort. We are always multi-tasking now, our minds are running a mile a minute, it’s easy for the time to pass by. You have to slow your own life down, everyday, more and more as you age. Like i said back then all we knew was celeberty on tv, music celeberty it was only TV and Music celebs we knew of...but know thanks to the digital change ANYONE can be considered a celeb based on how many followers for example now we got instagram celeberty, tiktok celeberty, twitter, etc niggas streaming are considered famous, niggas make a few funny videos and go viral are considered FAMOUS even tho they have 50k followers its like we put these positions on a pedistool as a whole because deepdown we want to be in those positions eventually so it would be easier to be considered famous since we all agreed anything makes u famous if u have a following of damn near 50k or more fans. Hell trhesre days its so bad we made it where u are considered famous even if u have no followers period we agreed once someone is viral they are famous! And to top it off the rullerts of the world made it to wwhere these people get paid BIGGGGGGGG for very little digital sucess to make us agree even more well the HAVE to be a celeb if they making big money like that! Now everyyybodyyyy wanna do youtube, everyyybodyyy wanna rap, everyyybodyyy wanna be big on tiktok etc. The rullers knew eventually us young cats would start to take over when our grandparents passede away so thats why all the love, time, vibes are gone becuz the elderly are slowly fading and we are next up WE THE ONES THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE OVER!!!! We supposed to get the family together for the reunions now!!! We do the bar b quing now!!! We cook and love family nowww we were supposed to take over but the rullers of the world knew it would be a time where we would be who others looks up too so that rolled this digital shit out and honestly its our fault becuz them niggas aint holding a video camera to your face with a gun pointed at you saying "dance for tiktok" lmao we doing it at our free will!!!!!!! We have a choice to use internet but we chose to let the internet use US!!! We can still change the world but our grandma and grandpa cant assemble thre family anymore the weak in the knees, sick, cant get down like they use to, they cant cook like they used to, or most of them have passsed away so WE got to take oever and take accountability of being a TRUE ADULT!!! We got to revive the world with OUR generation, beat you son ass if he act up like u used to get beat yo daughter ass with that belt they look up to us do it outta loveeeee, this school shooting shit them kids should have been getting the belt they parents be young or they live with grandparents who cant do shit cuz the old, we got to set an example!!! The world is shit YES but its OUR FAULT because we not taking over...literally next week me and my cousins got to get all the family together to host our family reunion this year, we got to figutre out the food situation and do all the planning our grandparents are all dead or too weak! We are the next up so lets do this!!!! I love my planet I know we got this but we gotta put them big boy pants on becuz if we dont OUR kids are next up after us so imagine the world when we old af and can barely cook or get out the bed and its time for them to take over. Dont think for a second just because they caught our generation slipping using digital warfare they not already preparing on how to get the next generation with something even bigger!!!
