honestly the saddest part about the teletubby one is that it is safe to assume this poor kid most likely was a long term patient concidering he has a bunch of stuff up on the walls. As to whether or not he made it we probably will never know, but the fact that the picture was used as part of a collage put up by the hospital itself, it is more likely he survived as I imagine hospitals tend to avoid using pictures of patients who have passed away in their any display that isn't intended for memorialzing

It is actually totally normal to find stairs in the wilderness. When I was younger, I used to do long range hikes. Sometimes if you have a location that you can research, I almost always found information about a warehouse or factory that existed there. Stairs are just the strongest parts of the structure, so they are the last part that nature takes back when people stop using such places. Random fireplaces are common as well.

Other times it is because it was not always a forest. Once homans move out of an area, a forest can take back the land at a decent speed, depending on what structures are involved. Sometimes you will find houses that have been empty since the 1970s, but see no way they ever got to the hourse. In truth, the drive way and connecting road were taken back by nature.

The whole “Rake” subject is a unique one. Long story short “The Rake” is a fictional, creepy pasta internet creation. The supposed trail cam photo in the first clip I’ve been on the fence for years on that one. There are hundreds of supposed legit sightings (that far precede “The Rake”) of a tall, pale, emaciated creature or being throughout North America. Referred to as “Pale Crawlers” they share a similar appearance with the ancient “Ghoul”, certain Skinwalkers and Wendigos. Look into with an open mind while keeping a skeptical eye open. I personally believe there’s some truth to some of it. My only credentials being that I’ve spent more time in the remote outdoors of N.America camping, hiking, floating, hunting, fishing than most any average 15-20 people over the past 40 years. I’ve had experiences, sightings and sounds that I still cannot explain.

I think the rake is the best creepypasta. Its genuinely scary looking and vague enough on the lore that it sets your imagination to run free. It couldnt be presented as a "sexy anime boy" anywhere near as often as slenderman or Jeff the killer so it retained its mysterious nature and lack of humanity. It's original backstory is simply that it somehow gets into your house if you live deep in the woods and stares at you at the end of your bed and someone may spontaneously die. Its semi-supernatural, not a ghost, but it breaks reality and the danger it presents is unpredictable. There are more questions than answers when it comes to the rake and that's the way it should be

I’m so relieved to see someone else who has that experience! Seeing stuff like that and being unable to find any other people who’ve seen it is frustrating. I used to do sketches of them and anatomy. Sadly that got me locked up in a psychiatric hospital for nearly 2 months. Police were involved and I was nearly given criminal charges for god knows what reason. My work is gone now but I’m determined to keep studying them and spreading awareness. I thought that people just didn’t believe in these things but actually getting locked up and prosecuted for even being aware of these things is just outright disgusting. It may be for other reasons but for all I know, it was because of my work, and something about ‘endangering’ people. I mean I was out in the woods for days at a time with weapons and making traps and cameras and stuff, but I did it where people never went. I even got what I thought was a few plausible photos and now that’s all gone.

Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C/gas mark 7. If you are using a pizza stone, put that in the oven to heat up. 2. On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch out a ball of the dough until it measures roughly 11 inches/28 cm in diameter. Repeat to roll out the other pizza. 3. Spread half the Easy Plex Pizza sauce over the bases leaving a thin edge bare for the crusts. 4. Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over each base. Divide the pepperoni between the pizzas and scatter each with capers. 5. Cool for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and you have a nice golden crust. 6. Cut each pizza into 8 slices and sprinkle arugula leaves on top of each slice.

In a bowl, mix the warm water, yeast and sugar together and leave to one side until foamy 2. Combine the flour, semolina, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and pour in the foaming yeast liquid and olive oil. Using the handle of a wooden spoon bring the mixture together to form a dough. 3. Tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth. Brush the inside of a large bowl with olive oil and place until doubled in size-about an hour should do the trick. 4. Tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a log shape. Divide the dough onto four even portions. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to about 12" in diameter and top with whatever you like. Cornmeal or fine semolina is great to stretch pizza dough.

I'm pretty sure the far left smile,dog photo is the original. At least, it was the only one I ever saw, back a good decade+ ago on 4chan. I remember seeing the red one and being shocked at how tryhard it looked.

@@epicg1rl534 Legend of what? Of *smiledog?* Yeah, of course it's fake! Or do you mean the theory that the red, earless image is the original? Because I could easily be wrong about it being a newer image, even though the more tame one is the only one I ever saw back then.

1:08 Ok, as for some reason he blurred the rest of the reddit replies debunking this version (including the late response from the author of the statement), I'll just copypaste them: "The promotional art thing for Resistance 3 is Chinese whispers. They posted it jokingly [via twitter] saying it must have escaped. They didn't make the image. If you actually look at the Grim from the game has 6 eyes and doesn't look like it." (TheUnfunnyChileanBoy's comment)"i didn't know [about twitter post] when i made the comment lol the actual source is a hunting website" Dunno why for the video he took just the first post as granted so carelessly lol

I distinctly remember being in my high school biology class in like 2010 when someone mentioned a local news report they had seen about an alien someone captured on their trail cam. We all crowded around the computer and watched the local news tell the story and then show that picture of The Rake. This was the first time I had seen it and it scared the crap out of me. This was allegedly in Berwick, Louisiana. I heard later it was actually from some marketing campaign, but you can imagine seeing a picture like that on the news was quite a shock!

So the stairs in the woods have a valid explination. It's likely that at some point a house used to be there, but eventually rotted away. Stairs (and sometimes doorways) are usually more sturdily built due to being solid stone or concrete.

The staircase one!!! There's a staircase like that in the woods behind my house. My neighbors told me that it was a developer that tried to build condos in the woods there, but was shut down by the town because they're considered wetlands and it's illegal to build on them because of the wildlife. But he'd already started building by the time the town stopped him, so there's just a lot of lumber and a weird stair case in the woods now.

The teletubbies one was definitely staged considering you can see the boy smiling a little. The smiling dog is quite easy to understand. It's a guy who was probably randomly taking pictures of his dog (judging by the random hand in the background) and found something that looked creepy and decided to edit it into a disturbing image which got extremely popular. Which explains all the other pictures of smiling dog too. The guy or someone inspired by him probably decided to make some more since the first one got popular. The Micky mouse one definitely was 2 guys messing around considering the Micky and the camera was perfectly placed and was very high quality. The staircase thing when it was first created was very likely popular among people in that area so they decided to create their own staircases in the woods and judging by the way most of then are broken and old, it's safe to say they didn't appear out of nowhere and were there for a long time (because then those would've been new)

I visited a friend in rural west Virginia earlier this year. It was my first time visiting the state and one of the first things they said after I met his family. “We don’t go in the woods at night” and I was like alright kinda of a weird thing to say. We went out that day and rode around on a 4 wheeler his family owns 189 acres in north west West Virginia. His property is beautiful with a log cabin that sits on the top of a hill over looking there family house below. Honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been being from the city. Anyways they have fires often burning sticks and debris so later that night I asked him about what his dad said. Keep in mind it’s just me and him in his backyard having a small bon fire near the forests edge. I asked him if he had any paranormal stories or ghost stories to tell. He said no but there was this one time. He goes on to tell me how him and his buddy would go out camping in the woods. They would bring nothing but a knife and basic supplies and build shelters kind of like a survival thing. They would go out a couple miles into the woods since there isn’t too many house around. One night while they were out looking for fire wood. Him and his buddy were walking on this trail at night. They had flash lights with them. He tells me he felt like something was watching him. And then all of a sudden he sees this naked man run on all 4s right across the trail. He said it was pale white and looked similar to the rake thing online. Him and his buddy both witnessed it and turned and ran a couple miles home he said he’d never run that fast in his life.
@HM-vo8fx Жыл бұрын
There’s other stories from people in his area involving hearing screams in the woods and among other things. The reason why I tell this story is because it’s the only time I’ve heard I first hand account of someone having an experience like that you always hear about it online and see videos but this was different because it’s real life especially with his parents saying they don’t go out at night because of weird things happening now of course there’s bob cats and bears and some locals say there’s mountain lions but they don’t talk about that most of them carry guns wherever they go especially in the woods and can deal with animals but no one can prepare for seeing shit like that
