These doubts came from an orientalist called Arthur Jeffrey who was the first one to bring out a manuscript for Kitab Al Masahif by Ibn Abi Dawud. Since muslims hadn’t yet produced the book at that time, those who wanted access to the book had to read the tahqiq of the orientalist where he brought all of his doubts. That’s how they crept into the muslims.

Many Muslims reverted to resist the oppression of their former paganism. in pakistan india & Bangladesh, many left low hindu caste for Islam & didn't learn Arabic, at time of sufi asharis so they not grounded in ilm or vision to unite as they don't even see Islam as a complete reference point on Allah's Siffat, hence rest of din as the ghaib is the basis! Quran 2 :3! alot of ppl misuse the 4 mathhabs to push divide blindly instead of transparent unity as all 4 mathhabs said always return what we say to the Quran and sunnah made available to all of us! If we were united in worship and studying as Sunnah teaches, then we would be united as a society. Quran 21 : 7 says ask ahlul thikr but how many follow the next step, Quran 12 : 108 following and uniting on evidence for Tawhid as all 4 mathhabs teach?

This fitnah with arthur jeffry work is just one example how brittle is the condition muslim scholarly works in this scope of truth. Doubt is allowed to meddle within the islamic circle. thus it requires more islamic research or more fitnah arise among muslims ourselves. The truth is with Allah and muslim scholars must not stop here from seeking it and do daawah about it. if not Allah will replace these muslims scholars with other people who think truth stops with them and throwing around allegations upon those who disagree with them. it is a good thing YQ stirs it and keep it under so we muslims are not complacent for the sake of our own iman...waAllaulaalam.

Narrated events in Quran 7 young mukminin men were put to sleep for 309 years. Did anyone really know exactly how long they were put to sleep? How many young men were actually involved 7/8/9?(Only Allah swt knows) This kind of question doesn't benefit anyone.. coz the most important things is what we've learned from the event, n it really happened . Al-Anbiya(30-31)..which tell us about the expansion of the universe , As-Sajadah verse 4 ( why Allah swt created the universe in stages)..These are word of God_Kalamullah.. Yasir Qadhi is questioning about the preservation of Quran? a 10 years old boy can answer this question . How?..Just go and read the sirah of Rasulullah saw . Then recite the Quran. The illiterate man who became a saviour of the Arabs ignorance. Apparently when he claimed he studied in Medina, there were those who recognised the issue even back then. I have heard from a scholar in Medina from many years back warning about his ideas being deviant, and certainly not from 'Ahlul Sunnah Wal Jamma' a. The real shame of it was that he was given carte blanche by the Muslim communities in the West to do dawah and build his profile as a 'scholar' on their behalf. He was treated as knowledgeable and trustworthy without holding his teachings to account. Now sadly much of the damage has already been done.

I don't know guys, but someone who says that worshipping Qabr is fine, or that Yajuj and Majuj are viruses(while Rasulullah ﷺ clearly said that they are people) and stuff like that, is a person who is just spreading bida'ah inside the Ummah. It’s like saying the US print of a book is a different book to the UK print because of how the American spell “colour” 2. If my Iman was not as strong as it was at the time, I would have found life very difficult for myself. Many years ago I started watching his Seerah series because at that time, no one else on KZbin was doing such a comprehensive course. He got to the part about the satanic versus and wallahi what he said and the hadith he quoted I still remember to this day. He went on to say that many very famous scholars sided with the idea that Shatan actually tricked prophet Mohammad pbuh into thinking he was Jibreel. I could not believe what I was hearing. It was not until Sheikh Uthman noted that this hadith was a fabrication that I realized the truth about this. Allah only knows how many Muslims this miskeen turned away from Islam because of what he used to teach. He is well known at not only concealing that a hadith is fabricated in order to strengthen his point, but he also deliberately mis-quotes ahadith to suit his needs. May Allah help us all.

Allaah Almighty warns us of these type of people in the quraan Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 7: هُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُّحْكَمَاتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ ابْتِغَاءَ الْفِتْنَةِ وَابْتِغَاءَ تَأْوِيلِهِ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَالرَّاسِخُونَ فِي الْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ آمَنَّا بِهِ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِندِ رَبِّنَا وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّا أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ It is He Who has sent down to you (Muhammad صلي الله عليه وسلم) the Book (this Quran). In it are Verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book [and those are the Verses of Al-Ahkam (commandments, etc.), Al-Fara'id (obligatory duties) and Al-Hudud (legal laws for the punishment of thieves, adulterers, etc.)]; and others not entirely clear. So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow that which is not entirely clear thereof, seeking Al-Fitnah (polytheism and trials, etc.), and seeking for its hidden meanings, but none knows its hidden meanings save Allah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in it; the whole of it (clear and unclear Verses) are from our Lord." And none receive admonition except men of understanding.

Without going into too much detail, one cannot cast doubt on these organisations like the British Library ect without any evidence. Assalamu-alykoom I also believe no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes (even you and me = we are not perfect)... Before jumping to conclusion and labeling any Muslim as Murtad or Kafir or questioning their Aqeedah etc... we must grant them a Q&A opportunity to correct their mistakes, absolve themselves of any wrong doing... so they can clarify their position in accordance with the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah of Rasulullah saws... it's only when this process has been properly exhausted and evaluated that judgment can then be passed on their status... this is my humble view... yes I am just a very simple student on the path of learning our beautiful and magnificent Islam, Alhamdulillah. In my humble view, we need to keep the Ummah and our Ulama united and stop fragmentation of the Ummah because of some human errors or unintended mistakes etc because we all make mistakes and Allah Ta'ala knows best and HE alone is the ultimate Judge of our intentions and actions, Alhamdulillah. Wallahi unity is our absolute key to success and prosperity, thus, if this Ummah needs and wants to succeed = we must remain united on all fronts, In'Sha'Allah. I recall you were very compassionate and lenient with several scholars who made grave mistakes in their utterances and/or publications etc... you gave them the opportunity of Q&A and followed the above referred processes in an amicable manner... has your office or any renowned Muslim scholars organization accorded the highly demanded and required Q&A opportunity to Yasir Qadhi, Omar Suleiman, Mufti Menk, Nouman Ali Khan and other Western based students or scholars with whom you seem to have fundamental differences in Qur'an and/or authentic Sunnah? In my humble view, it's only when the fore-indicated process has been done compassionately, with leniency and degree of tolerance that conclusions can be drawn... I hope you and the respected all our respected and highly regarded Muslim scholars will do the right thing and keep the Ulama & the Ummah united, In'Sha'Allah.
