@@allentasticThere are several choices. Most DJ software has STEMS built-in now, with varying degrees of quality. Set your software's STEMS to Acapella, or vocal only, and hit record. Alternately, Algoriddim offers Neural Mix AI for Mac to export in the format of your choice more conveniently, but I cannot recommend it as the quality is generally poor, particularly in tracks where compression is applied. There are other programs that offer that service in better quality.

Serato stems changed everything for me, it's not perfect but it's extremely good. No prerecords, can still play live, so you still feel creative with the mix.
