Battlefield V is a first-person shooter video game developed by EA DICE and published by Electronic Arts. Battlefield V is the sixteenth installment in the Battlefield series. It was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 20, 2018. Those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of the game were granted early access to the game on November 15, 2018, and Origin Access Premium subscribers on PC received access to the game on November 9, 2018. The game is based on World War II and is a thematic continuation of its World War I based precursor Battlefield 1.
Battlefield V will focus extensively on party-based features and mechanics, scarcity of resources, and removing "abstractions" from game mechanics to increase realism. There will be an expanded focus on player customization through the new Company system, where players will be able to create multiple characters with various cosmetic and weapon options. Cosmetic items, and currency used to purchase others, will be earned by completing in-game objectives.
The game will feature several new multiplayer modes, including the "continuous" campaign mode "Tides of War", "Firestorm", and "Grand Operations". The Grand Operations mode is an expansion of the "Operations" mode introduced in Battlefield 1, which focuses on matches taking place across multiple stages to simulate a campaign from the war. In Grand Operations, each round will have specific objectives, and performance in each stage will influence the next. Games will culminate with a "Final Stand", with players using only a primary weapon with limited ammo, and no respawns. Similarly to Battlefield 1, the game will feature a collection of single-player "war stories" based on aspects of World War II. The game also features a cooperative mode not seen since Battlefield 3 called "Combined Arms", where four players can undertake missions together and features dynamic missions and objectives so missions cannot be played the same way each time. Combined Arms is scheduled to be released after launch. The Battle Royale mode will be built around the franchise's "core pillars of destruction, team play, and vehicles". The name "Firestorm" is derived from a literal storm of fire that engulfs players similar to the popular Battle Royale game mechanic of restricting the play area. Furthermore, this particular game mode is not being developed by EA DICE themselves, but has been outsourced to Criterion Games and features the biggest map created by the franchise to date. It is playable by 64 players, which are divided into up to 16 squads with a focus on team work.Firestorm is scheduled to be released in March 2019. - Wikipedia

OK...so I angled my tank in a head to head one-v-one tank battle (you told us to try this on a previous video) and I won because of this easy maneuver! Thanks! Best way to win any tank battle: get a buddy who just repairs you all the time. He will end up dying all the time and killing nobody, bit you will do perfectly. Even better: get 2 friends to secrifice having fun in the game.

Tiger 1 is the best, in my opinion. Just equip it with the S-Mines and predict the enemies position.

The best out of every tank? I disagree, there isn't really one best tank. For example, the Tiger is a bit big for maps like Devastation. A Pz IV or 38t fit a lot better. I agree the Tiger is the best on large open maps though.

The tiger 1 is a superior tank for anti tank purposes but Ive always loved the stug 4 eventhough they butchered it in bf5. Tiger 1 is not so great against infantry - thats where the panzer 4 or stug infantry build come in.

@@Angel-bl9rs I do pretty well against infantry with the Tiger on large maps, and I love using the Stug on a map like Panzerstorm. Pz IV with the short barrel is great against infantry too.

AP for vehicles HE for infs?

Ap stands for armour piercing - it has a tiny blast radius of 1 meter but is very good against armoured targets. HE stands for highly explosive - the damage is lower than armour piercing but has a much larger blast radius making it more effective against infantry and destroying buildings

Not to confuse you but tank ammo has probably more types then needed so here is most of them :) HE Shrapnel - Russian only APHE APC APCBC APDS APBC APCR HVAP APFSDS / APDS-FS HESH - Brit only HEAT HEAT-FS Smoke shells Your welcome!

Isnt HE the default round? I think you mean HEAT with stands for high explosive anti tank it does more damage and has a larger radius than the AP but has a worse velocity HEAT works best if you either flank or you're a rush heavy tank

Do you think that the heavy tanks could use more of a buff to their armour due to other tanks such as the Valentine being able to take out a Tiger in a 1V1 situation? #askazura

I personally think every tank needs a buff in general. If youre talking about valentine 8 then yeah it might need a slight nerf but if youre on about valentine archer, it needs a nerf as the archer is just too good of a tank destroyer

#askazura So, i often use the lighter tanks (Stag and P38T) but i feel like i ALWAYS need to rush the enemy and mown them down, making me put myself in not so good spots. Any good tips about suppressing the bloodthirst?

With lighter tanks or any tank for that matter going into a enemy infantry filled area without a squad or two of friendly infantry is pretty much shooting yourself in the foot. History has shown it especially in urban areas and I see it in BFV as well.

It really is pretty silly the way shooting the front of the track deals such huge damage. It's so easy to do that I don't think dice really factored it into the tank balance. The Tiger especially loses out due to how wide the tracks are. The extra health barely makes a difference. (The valentine's insane rof doesn't help). I really can't wait for dice to do a proper vehicle balance overhaul like the one they did towards the end of BF4's life.

You cannot, it was a bug from dice when they accidentally added it to the store, that may release it in the future again but at this moment you can't get it

Its good to finally find a fellow dedicated tanker on YT who knows his stuff! If I had one question it would be how do you deal with being targeted? ie: players or squads who will do literally nothing but hunt your tank around the map all match and don't care about how many deaths they get as long as they get that final panzerfaust. It is becoming a common theme even before I get a killstreak happening and it is limiting my ability to help the team attack flags as I seem to be constantly on the defensive. Do you have any tips on dealing with players like that without compromising your gameplay?

#askazura is there a way of changing the order in which tank selection appears at the bottom of spawn map? More often than not, the only way I can guarantee getting a tank at start is by spamming the cog symbol, if you pause to decide which tank to select you’ve then missed your chance of getting a tank altogether. Thankfully my first tank on both sides is either P4 or Val which are both good, but I’m also a fan of the quicker scout and T36, which are number 2 on the selection and I hardly get to use those as by then I’ve lost the option to jump in a tank full stop

You can't change the order and yes more often than not you just need to spam. But if you have previously chosen the 38t in the match you can spam and you can get a 38t again. Dice really needs to improve the UI.

The patch that added more vehicle slots on the spawn screen changed it so it no longer remembers your previously used tank. Now, if you spam, you'll get a valentine / panzer 4.

Flare specializations are prob the best, but moving up with infantry panzergrenadier style usually works ok for me
