You guessed it! From fruits and vegetables! Do I need to say more?
I have to point out that a lot of people that try this diet do not eat enough fruit. I eat at least 4,000 calories worth of fruit a day. That may be an astounding amount of fruit to a newbie; few have a frame of reference for someone eating 40 pounds (as I might on an ultra day) or eating 40-50 bananas.
I will post a video soon showing you a clear visual explanation of what gets eaten in a day.
