How did you become a octoling? Do you also go online with the mod on?

It's actually not a mod, I just used a save editor to select the third InGame programmed gender (the enemy octoling, it's just treated the same as the other two genders in game) and you CAN go online with it (I mean, I guess with the official servers shut down and Pretendo replacing it now, you could go online with any mods anyways, as long as you don't give yourself an unfair advantage) but atleast with this method I used, as soon as the battle started it automatically changed back to gender 1, so in battle I just became Inkling Girl again

@@Matty9 Well Pretendo is not associated with Nintendo, and you HAD to mod your console to even get access to Pretendo, not anymore but for quite some time, so off course the Pretendo team is not against modding. Just don't give yourself any advantages, cosmetical mods are totally fine and won't affect the gameplay.

I used hacks, that's also how I got back to the tutorial level. Funny enough tho, the enemy octolings are basically the third "gender" in Splatoon. You normally only get to choose between girl (1) and boy (2), but octoling is registered as a gender as well, you just normally can't select it
