Respect to both of you. Owning a business is not easy. Wifey and I own a property management company for the last 25 years and have 38 employees. I love the way you talk about the people who work for you. Giving them the respect, credit and thanks they deserve. Thats huge in this day and time. We also cherish every single person who works for us because let's face it without them we would not have what we have today. As far as this channel, absolutely love it.
