Good question, when your room gets cold, room pressure will be low as compared to the atmosphere. So whenever you open the door due to high pressure outside, the air always come in. Or it always comes through the gaps. Even if you're fully closed, the room is sufficiently able to provide enough oxygen for more than a day..
